United Autosports Expands Product Portfolio with Schuberth Helmets

Updated: Sep 19, 2022

Schuberth Helmets is the newest brand to become part of United Autosports’ portfolio of UK agencies. The German-based producer prides themselves on ‘almost 100 years of experience dedicated to the development of head protection solutions and 20 years of providing elite drivers in the world’s top championships with the safest and most technologically advanced helmets.’

The company has provided protection to ‘some of the most successful drivers in motorsport history’, including World Champions Max Verstappen and Michael Schumacher, and ‘their state-of-the-art carbon helmets offer safety and comfort to drivers across the world.’ Schuberth Performance Head of Business Development Sergio Locatelli commented in their press release, “We are delighted to work with United Autosports. They are renowned for delivering professional service and operational excellence and make a perfect partner as we expand Schuberth’s reach in the UK.”

Their move to make their products available in the UK means that they will join HRX and AERO Sustainable Paint Technology, who United Autosports also distribute for. HRX is ‘the world’s fastest growing racewear manufacturer and specialises in the production of FIA approved race equipment and clothing’, and AERO is ‘a ground-breaking replacement for conventional paint, which will soon revolutionise the way vehicles are presented.’ United Autosports will be in charge of distributing new Schuberth helmets across the UK, including the latest releases like the FIA 8860-2018 SF4, the SF3 ABP and also SP1 CARBON.

I’m excited for a positive future with them.

In another statement included in the press release, Patrick Grant, United Autosports’ Head of Business Development, said, “I’m delighted to welcome such a revered brand as Schuberth Helmets to the portfolio of products United Autosports works with in the UK. We have very good, long-standing relationships with both HRX and AERO and I’m sure our relationship with Schuberth will be the same. They work with some of the best drivers in the world and their products are fantastic, so I’m excited for a positive future with them.”

Schuberth UK will distribute out of United Autosports’ 62,000 square foot headquarters near Wakefield, West Yorkshire with links to the A1, M1 and M62, and they describe its location as ‘a perfect distribution hub to reach customers across the country.’
